Times On Air™ (Ch. 41)

Times On Air™ consists of lifestyle programming from the New York Times’ library. The programming will change once a month and is made up of two one-hour segments (one for outbound flights and the other for return flights), each of which loops continuously.

Program 1 highlights

Interview with Gordon Ramsay; the Minimalist makes no-knead bread; tech columnist David Pogue tests out the WildCharge Charging Mat; Carnegie Hall’s 118th season; an interview with Maya Angelou.

Program 2 highlights

Performance from and interview with Sarah McLachan; the Minimalist makes stuffed flank steak; Brooklyn’s Underground Railroad; UrbanEye: Tribute to Maurice Sendak; conversation with Dwayne “the Rock” Johnson; freestyle cooking with Ferran Adria; Olivier Renaud-Clement’s vintage car collection; interview with Alice Waters.

JetBlue Features movies are available on flights over two (2) hours for $5 each.

  1. Tune to channels (38, 39 and 40) as soon as the inflight entertainment system is activated to see movie previews and purchase instructions.

  2. Select the channel with the movie you'd like to purchase

  3. Using credit card with jetBlue featuresMovies are available for purchase up to 30 minutes after take off. Swipe your credit card in the slot (see illustration and follow on-screen instructions). If you have difficulties swiping your card, ask a friendly inflight crewmember for assistance.
